Mongolia Visa Information
Foreign nationals wishing to visit Mongolia must obtain the appropriate visa corresponding to their purpose of visit. Nationals of countries with visa-exemption agreements can enter without a visa for the duration specified under those agreements. All other visitors must apply at a Mongolian diplomatic mission (Embassy or Consulate) prior to travel.
General Requirements for a Tourist Visa

Original passport (valid for at least six months from date of arrival)

One 3.5 × 4.5 cm passport photo

Copy of hotel booking or other accommodation confirmation

Copy of round-trip flight or train tickets

Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements for the past six months, if requested)

Visa fee (non-refundable) payable upon submission
On-Arrival Visa Information

Citizens of European countries without a Mongolian diplomatic presence may obtain a tourist visa on arrival at Chinggis Khaan International Airport (ULN) or designated land border points.

Transit visas (up to 10 days) can also be issued on arrival under the same conditions, provided you hold onward tickets or visas for your next destination.
