Begins to Karakorum to 13th century Mongol empire capital city ruins that today still existing as modern village town in historical and legendary Orkhon valley recognized entirely itself Orkhon national park that registered in UNESCO as a world heritage site. - Visit Karakorum Museum that preserving and exhibiting genuine displays and findings and remaining from the city ruins. - We also explore Mongolian first and oldest Buddhist monastery Erdene zuu.

Travel to the serene banks of the Ongi River to explore the Ongi Temple ruins, once one of the largest monastic complexes in Mongolia. On the way visit to Shankh oldest monastery. Visit the small on-site museum to learn about its history and destruction during the communist purges, then enjoy a hike among the ruins, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere and scenic surroundings.

Drive to the site where dinosaur eggs were discovered in 1922 for the first time human study. In this huge paleontological site, you will have a chance to hike on the ground where dinosaurs roamed 60 million years ago. On the way stop by Khavtsgait petroglyphs, ancient people’s drawing on the rocky mountain and small hiking saxaul forest of the desert. Visit local dinosaurs museum. In the evening plenty of chance to gaze at the billions of stars.

Drive to the biggest sand dune Gobi desert, reaching a height of 300 m summit. Exploring sand dune by riding two humped Bactrian camels and climbing to occupy the summit. Sand board sliding can be organized. Visit camel breeding nomad family homestead for the cultural awareness.

Drive to Eagle valley. It is a landscape where history and nature intertwine. Framed by dramatic cliffs and verdant terrain, the valley has long been home to Mongolia’s legendary eagle hunters—keepers of a tradition passed down through generations. As you hike its winding paths, you’ll encounter deep canyons, abundant wildlife, and echoes of ancient practices that continue to shape the region’s identity.

Some of our expeditions include airport transfers, which will be clearly outlined on your invoice. If your itinerary includes an airport transfer, please note that it is only available for arrivals on Day 1 of the scheduled program. To ensure a smooth pickup, make sure your flight details are accurately entered in your Passenger Forms—this helps our ground crew know when to expect you. Upon arrival, look for a representative holding a sign in the Arrivals area. They will guide you to the group shuttle. If your trip does not include transfers, or if you are arriving before Day 1, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
